Wellington Community Support Applications
Our Community Support Scheme is designed to provide meaningful support to organisations that are dedicated to enhancing local well-being.
With multiple projects currently underway in Wellington – including the refurbishment of 1 Walker Street, Wellington Markets, Wellington Civic and Leisure Centre, and Ercall Wood Academy, to name just a few – we are committed to leaving a positive, long-lasting impact in the area. Beyond our construction projects, we want to support initiatives that strengthen communities and improve lives.
We welcome applications for forward-thinking projects, services, and initiatives that enhance well-being, strengthen community ties, and support mental health, sports, and the long-term development of Wellington. Whether it’s transforming a local community facility, sponsoring a grassroots sports team, or launching an initiative that creates a meaningful impact, we would like to help!

Community Support Scheme
We believe in making a meaningful impact on the lives of those living near our projects. Through our Community Support Scheme, we provide sponsorship and refurbishment opportunities that rejuvenate community spaces, schools, and public buildings. Our aim is to create environments that inspire and enrich the lives of all who interact with them.

We believe in the philosophy of ‘putting something back’ into the communities around us with every project that we deliver. Through our community refurbishment initiatives, we contribute to the growth and development of the local economy in multiple ways with our economic and social value delivery scheme.
Partnering with Schools and Colleges
We recognize that the future of the construction industry lies in the hands of the next generation. We are committed to inspiring and nurturing young talent, encouraging them to explore the limitless possibilities that construction offers.
Through educational initiatives and engagement with local schools, we aim to inspire young minds to pursue careers in construction and related fields.
Our apprenticeship programs provide hands-on learning experiences and mentorship from experienced professionals. We believe in empowering young individuals with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in the construction industry.
Considerate Constructors Scheme
We take pride in many of our projects being accredited with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, an initiative that reflects our commitment to operate with the highest ethical standards and consideration for the local community.
The code of considerate practice outlines how we: respect the community around the project, care for the environment, and value our workforce. Our pledge to be a responsible and considerate neighbor is at the heart of everything we do.
