Project Overview

New extension to the existing primary school to form new enlarged entrance area along with a small extension to the rear of the school to provide a group room with remodelling of two classrooms together with associated services and external works

The new extensions were constructed from masonry structure with tiled pitched roof, new curtain wall, windows and doors. External works inlcuding alteration to exisiting footptaths and a small extension to the payground.

The works presented numerous challenges due to the close proximity of the works to the occupied areas of the school plus the site was split into two separate construction areas. all of these were carefully managed by Pave Aways and no disruption was caused to the school suring the works. Duration 16 weeks.
