Project Overview

The project consists of the construction of a two storey steel frame and clad with a mixture of light weight cladding, polycarbonate rain screen, timber and brickwork panels, approximately 750sqm floor area, with metal clad pitched roof, constructed on traditional foundations.

The project includes external works, service connections and mechanical and electrical installations.

The cutting edge external facade lighting design within the coloured polycarbonate rain screen cladding is the particular highlight of the building that gives Omicron the wow factor. Duration 28 weeks.
