Project Overview

The project comprised the construction of 13 residential properties on a brownfield site at Hadley, Telford following the demolition of a 3 story block of flats along with associated garages and storage buildings.

A design and build project which comprised the piling of the site using driven piles followed by reinforced ring beams and block and beam floors. The properties were timber frame construction with a brick work external skin.

Also external works were completed including the installation of permeable paving to all driveways and the turfing and soft landscaping of all other areas. Duration of 57 weeks, JCT Design & Build contract.
