Project Overview

The Works comprised of the Design and Construction of a new build steel frame Industrial Facility for Manufacture and Painting of Vehicle Components. The Facility includes Offices, Staff Welfare, Specialised Rooms associated with the nature of the development and associated External Works, Canopies, Drainage and External Services, together with the completion of the testing and commissioning of all services systems and the completion and handover of the approved Health & Safety Files and Building Manuals. Duration 38 weeks.
