Project Overview

The project was the refurbishment of the existing boys and girls shower rooms, WC facilities, changing rooms and cloak rooms. The works included:

• demolition of walls
• formation of new openings
• new ceilings
• new wall finishes
• new floor finishes
• new WC and Shower cubicles
• replacement windows
• new lighting and alterations to the M&E to facilitate the new works

We worked closely with our client and the school to form a programme of works that would ensure the new changing rooms and W.C’s were ready for the return of the school in September. Duration of 10 weeks.
