Live – Huxley Laboratory Refurbishment, Keele University

Pave Aways is delivering a comprehensive refurbishment of the Huxley Laboratory, a project that will significantly enhance the facility’s capabilities. This project involves a two-phase approach. Phase one will consist of selective demolition within the ground floor courtyard of the existing Huxley building. This demolition will include the removal of masonry, walls, and doors to prepare the area for the new extension.

Phase two will involve the construction of this new extension, followed by a complete internal fit-out to create a state-of-the-art laboratory space. The completed project will provide the University with an upgraded and modern facility to support advanced research and teaching.
