Latest refurbishment project is underway at Wrexham University

Pave Aways are pleased to take on the latest refurbishment project at Wrexham University, involving internal alterations aimed at modernising and enhancing the learning facilities in the Engineering Quarter.

The project will see the relocation of the engineering faculty into the existing building, optimising the use of underutilised rooms and enhancing their integration with the rest of the building and its amenities. The works involve a soft strip of the current interior and the replacement of mechanical and electrical systems.

Our last project at the University included a similar scope, completing alterations and a full fit-out of the laboratories in the adjacent Corridor C to create a modern learning environment.

We are hosting a Meet-the-Buyer event on Monday 2nd September for local suppliers and all general building trades that are interested in being involved in the refurbishment within the University’s Plas Coch campus.

Fifteen minute appointments will take place with the project team between 1pm and 4pm via Microsoft Teams.

Anyone interested in booking an appointment for the Meet the Buyer session should contact reception@paveaways.co.uk or 01691 862 111.
If you are interested in working with Pave Aways but are unable to attend the event, please still get in touch.
