This partnership is particularly meaningful to us, as the Marvels are more than just a team, they are part of the Pave Aways family.
Our company buyer, Rob Keyland, has a personal connection to the Marvels, as his son Alfie plays as a defender on the team. Additionally, the Marvels are led by their manager and coach, Lee Dowley-Smith, who recently joined the Pave Aways team. Lee’s son, Parker, is the Marvels’ brave goalkeeper.
Beyond his role with the Marvels, Lee also runs the SAHA Mini-Stars at Shrewsbury Town Football Club every Saturday morning. This program, held on the power-league pitches, provides young footballers from reception age to Year 3 with the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game in a supportive and fun environment.
