This week is National Apprenticeship Week, an annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships and the value they bring to businesses across the country.
We have seven apprentices as part of the Pave Aways team — with a further seven members of staff undergoing professional training.
By encouraging young people to pursue a career in construction, we will help to bridge the skills gap that is risking the construction sector.
Our apprenticeship programme, which recruits annually, has garnered numerous successful apprenticeship hires over the years — with 2021 Apprentice of the Year, Dan Stones, leading the helm for the year ahead.
