Our Construction Director Jamie Evans has become an official Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the world’s largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership.
The internationally recognised qualification is comparable to a Bachelor’s Degree and allows him to use the letters MCIOB.
To gain the title Jamie, who already has a degree in Construction Management, had to complete a comprehensive professional review to demonstrate his competency before being approved as a member. He is now officially a Chartered Construction Manager.
Managing Director Steven Owen said: “Achieving MCIOB status sets Jamie apart as a leader in his field and, as the head of the construction side of our business, one who sets the tone for our site teams.
“His insight and expertise are invaluable to Pave Aways and I want to congratulate him on gaining MCIOB status. We believe in supporting our people at all levels —from apprentices to directors — and want to invest in their development and Jamie is leading by example.”
