Meet Dan, our latest work experience student who’s been working on our site at Harlescott Junior School in Shrewsbury as part of his placement.
Dan, from Pontesbury, has been studying at Shrewsbury Colleges Group for his Level 1 qualification in carpentry and joinery.
He was inspired to follow a career in carpentry by his uncle, who is in the trade, and has been putting the theory into practice and getting hands-on, alongside our experienced carpenters who are working on the new school buildings we’re constructing for Shropshire Council.
