It is hard to believe that a year has gone by since one of the key points in Pave Aways’ history – being named the Shropshire Chamber Company of the Year at its annual business awards.
It was an amazing achievement and one that reflected the hard work and dedication that our team puts in on a daily basis.
Managing Director Steven Owen said: “We had no idea when we won that award on June 14 2019 what was coming with the coronavirus pandemic. But, over the past few months, the commitment that helped us win that award has shone through in the way that staff have responded to the extraordinary circumstances we found ourselves in.
“I have always known what a great team we have but that has been underlined by the way they have responded individually during this time. Those who have remained in post have worked extremely hard in challenging conditions to keep the business running. I also appreciate the understanding and support that has been shown by those who have been, and in some cases, remain furloughed.
“I am very proud of our award winning team and look forward to continuing to building our future with the same pride and determination we felt after winning the Company of the Year award.”
