February 2020 marks an important date in the history of Pave Aways – it is 23 years since our Managing Director Steven Owen joined the business!
Steven started at Pave Aways in 1997 as a site engineer before working his way up to site manager and then becoming a contracts manager. He took over as managing director after leading a management buyout in 2011.
He now heads a team of more than 100 and has doubled the firm’s turnover since taking the top spot.
Steven said: “When I came to Pave Aways in 1997 it felt like coming home. I am proud of everything I have achieved since becoming part of the Pave Aways family but it is down to the support of a great team and colleagues.
“I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone but I’m looking forward to what we can achieve in the future.”
