We have handed over the new £720,000 steel framed distribution centre for Castell Howell Foods in St Martin’s.
The development at the Bank Top Industrial Estate will replaces the firm’s current rented and smaller site in nearby Chirk and will serve customers across North Wales.
We broke ground on site in July and the build included constructing 10 dock levellers, a concrete service yard, a car park, an office, drivers facilities, a truck washing facility, drainage and associated services.
