We have handed over a small development of new build properties in Telford to our client, the Wrekin Housing Trust.
The scheme at James Close, Trench, involved demolishing eight flats and building four new semi detached homes and three bungalows. We handed the properties over on February 22 and tenants moved in straight away!
Our site team has moved on to Pool Meadow in Hadley where we are building another 13 properties for the housing trust.
