We have completed a 5,500m² production and warehouse facility at Offa’s Dyke Business Park for the Welsh Assembly.
The building will be home to Invertek Drives, one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of variable frequency drives. The detached unit is adjacent to its main production facility and headquarters and will provide additional capacity to meet the growing global demand for its services.
The expansion is good news for Invertek, which is predicting further growth with the consolidation of its three sites onto the new development.
Earlier this year we completed a 370m² extension at neighbouring manufacturer Zip-Clip in just 12 weeks after building its original factory in 2016 (pictured below).
